I like adding this to hamburgers, and the such, but mostly use it as a component in my BBQ rub. I didn’t create it, just did a bit of reducing math.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp cayenne powder
- 1.5 tsp white pepper
- 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp thyme, dried
- 1 Tbsp oregano, dried
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp cumin, ground
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Blend/mix up and store, maybe in a shaker. Makes about 3/4 cup. See below for different yields.

For yield of 3 cups:
- 8 Tbsp onion powder

- 4 Tbsp cayenne pepper

- 1 cup thyme, dried
- 1 cup oregano, dried
- 2 cups salt
- 1 cup paprika
- 1 cup cumin, ground
